My fee structure depends on the scope and complexity of the project.  Book a free consultation so we can discuss your specific needs.  I deliver my services in one of three packages:

  • CFO Support or Interim CFO - allows me to work with you for a set period of time on a full or part time basis (schedule dependent)

  • Individual Deliverable - after understanding your needs, I deliver a specific product, a budget, business plan, margin assessment or liquidity plan

  • Success-Based - for the right situation, I collect my fee only once your milestone is complete, whether it be a sale of your business or acquisition and integration of another.

  • Hybrid  - I provide dedicated attention to a project over time and provide agreed-upon deliverables

  • Location - I can work from my home office or your office, whether in town or out of the St Louis area
